Rose garden

Today's the day ........................... to get excited

This is the nicest rose in our garden. The bush was here when we bought the house over twenty years ago and it continues to thrive. It has dozens of flowers - the palest pink and with the most heady scent that grabs you as you walk up the path.

Of course, in my eyes, the best rose blips come from the garden of Mrs F who lives in New Zealand. She won't have many roses just now though because it's winter out there - so this one is specially for her. I've been thinking about her today - and the other Kiwi blippers - because Will and I are planning a trip to New Zealand next year and today we provisionally booked our flights.
