Huevos Rotos/Broken Eggs

Thank goodness for our old Frankfurter restaurant in days like this. I did an online assessment of an online course with a school in Budapest and so was online from 8.45 till 2. All good. Then never really stopped till dinner, what with one thing an another. Bb and I shared this dish of huevos rotos with ham.
