Christmas Topper

The Mouse and the Gruffalo's Child on top of the postbox at the end of Fairway Road, have given way to a charming Christmas scene.

The rain finally stopped and Basil and I ventured out just after 2 pm, me riding on Cecily until we got here. I was lazy and didn't get off the seat.

After our short tour of the estate we returned home just as Len arrived back from tennis. I went into my Zoom tutorial to receive very positive and helpful comments on my book. I'm going to have to re-jig it.

Sausages, chips and baked beans for tea followed by raspberries, crumbled meringue and vanilla ice cream.
