An exaggeration, but the brightest it became all day. Rain, rain, rain; the atmospheric river is right overhead. 

Extra: I finished untangling the messed up skein of yarn, so now I can start a hat that incudes a bit of brioche stitch; something I haven't tried yet. Good for long, winter evenings and audio books. Winter evenings begin at 4.
