Strictly - poor Mr C

We are no better today but luckily the practice nurse had a slot to see us when Mr C went for his B12, first of 3 this week.

We are doing the right thing - lots of fluids, kefir, small bits of dry toast, resting. Samples going off tomorrow but she thinks it could be a 7-10 day bug. Most of the others in the group are similarly afflicted to varying degrees.

Mr C has been hiding in the corner by the radiator with his headphones on while I binge on Strictly. This is my favourite couple. I’m not keen on Nigel or Layton (as he’s already a dancer).

For obvious reasons watching Masterchef is not on the menu.
