There was a small dog gathering around Phantassie's sign at the market (Sassie shot out of sight behind it just as I clicked), maybe wondering whether there was any meat.

Went up to the West End for a Saturday yoga special - an hour each of hatha and ashtanga. Phew. I'm sure I'll feel the benefit.....
