In the Lake District

A quiet morning to write a few cards and catch up on emails etc. Later two cousins arrived and the six of us set off to Culgaith for the cousins annual get together. On Johns side. The drive towards the mountains was beautiful until we arrived into Penrith, the Eden valley was shrouded in a fog, quite a change and not particularly pleasant to be out in. There are a few charge point issues in Penrith, Booths have a couple and we could charge here.

Fortunately the hotel is very good, warm and comfortable with good food, we could forget the weather for a few hours. A lovely evening, eleven of us together, the first time since 2019, the annual gathering interrupted for a few years.
