As soon as I set foot in the gym, the fire alarm went off, but it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Only Vic & Des today, but that was okay. I wore my full winter wardrobe today, and wore my bobble hat for the first time this year. There is a new shop in town, selling some lovely hand made things, and I did fancy the knitted teddy (see extra) but I really don't need another one. I collected my prescription form Boots, and then went to Home Bargains. I saw a lovely lady, who I met in open church, and she gave me a hug, which was wonderful. We both said how much we missed going , and what a great team we were, if I do say so myself. While I was waiting for the bus ( which was fifteen minutes late) I was so glad I was dressed in my  warm coat & hat. J was home before me, so we had lunch and then went to take the Advent calendar  ( Percy Pig) to our g/daughter.
