Mam's Hame

Snow on the hills, a cold day, windy and showers, mostly rain and sleet.  

Up early and headed out walkies after breakfast.  Picked up Laura, and we headed down to mam's.  A late shift in the airport, started at 1pm.  I've mostly been meeting and boarding flights.  A couple of delays due to the weather on the mainland.  More walkies with Sammy after work, now time for my feet up.

After arriving home safely last night, mam had a good night's rest.  Great to have her home, and now time for lots of rest, family and friends, and make a full recovery, everything else will just have to wait.  They didn't operate in the end, looking like the gallbladder is healing itself, but will be checkups regularly.  Laura made lentil soup for their tea, which really has perked mam up this evening.  Mam was glad to get out of the hospital and back to her relaxing view, Aith, Cunningsburgh.
