Woke Up to Workers

I am not sure exactly what the grounds crew is doing on the 3rd Tee. They removed the grass in rolls and then they added truckloads of sand and spread it out. Now they added wood frames and are filling them in so I think the idea is to improve the drainage with sand, lots of sand! The photo shows the workers starting the process.
