Quick blip on the way home for Pilates. Richard had a phone call from his consultant asking why he hadn’t attended an appointment on the 20th. That was news to us as no appointment letter had been received! He apologised and we later received a phone call with a new appointment for Monday.

Then moved on to E.on who have accumulated a large amount of our money in credit. Despite having contacted them twice and being told the money would be refunded nothing has happened. So after reading Martin Lewis’s advice used a free site called resolver. So will see if they have any more success. If not then they escalate the case to the ombudsman. Just so frustrating! 

On the good news front the gutters and downpipe are now operational as they should.
