Ramsley Moor

A trip south of Sheffield for some orienteering today. Very wet tussocky terrain with a steep incline up to the last controls. My knee really had problems with the tussocks. Think I am going to have to think about what terrain it can cope with.

We then popped in to see son Thomas and his girlfriend Beth. Beth has just bought a house to renovate. It has lots of potential but they are going to take time to work through a room at a time. I hadn’t the heart to tell her I’m still working on our house 30 years later!
