Beaver Moon

Hopefully tonight’s rain won’t interfere with the viewing of November’s full Beaver Moon. The Old Farmer’s Almanac says it’s so named because it’s the time of year beavers retreat to their dens for the winter • We saw both Harry aka Hairy Woodpecker and his Mrs Harriet. Mrs is a bit larger but is lacking Harry’s red head spot. Mono seemed to suit her better • We ordered gifts today for our great niece and nephew, and finalized our card list. I’ve received a few of MrsP’s gifts too. Next week I hope to get them wrapped. Thankfully she isn’t nosy :) • Leftover stew tonight after some puzzling, and we’re definitely puzzled and befuddled over this one, it’s challenging! • Three days in a row with hostage releases…
