It’s cold, rainy and dark outside. Not the best capture but it’s always a thrill to see a red bellied woodpecker at the feeder, especially the female • Using my Mom’s recipe, I baked two loaves of pumpkin bread. One is for Thanksgiving and the other for New Year’s, both will go in the freezer before bed • Cats are snoozing, MrsP is cleaning and I just finished paying a few bills. A few elf chores await, ie cards and wrapping • The jury’s out on Thursday’s snowstorm. I’ve seen a coating up to four inches forecasted for our area, with the mountains getting much more.
