Our son is back home

The rhubarb pie with vanilla sauce is almost gone already: Tired but happy young man has arrived home from the summer camp. I think I know who will be having a good night sleep...

Our wedding anniversary is today: Have been 18 years married to this same guy, that still lives with me.

It has been raining all day more or less - a lot anyway. I bought a CIR-PL filter to the Nikon 55-300 objective, as I wanted to test if the filter would make any difference really - it does eliminate relflections...I even made some tests already in the afternoon as it was raining. Quite nice, you can see the difference. Have to learn to remember the filter, turn it on or off, as I believe it has not to be removed in turns? Or should it be removed for a second if not wanted in one photo? Any experiences?

Monday? Could not believe. I woke up early today as our retired neighbor was cutting his lawn from 7am to 8.15am. Thanks a lot. Holiday is a marvellous thing!
