When they got there the feeder was bare

Not too many birds flocking to this feeder ..... guess it's empty!  This little mushroom shaped feeder is certainly not in my garden but it's one of two that was hanging in a garden in Shawlands .... I was tempted to leave a wee note saying 'Please Feed Me'.
