The view from my front door

This was not my planned blip but looking out lounge window at just the right moment the sky looked quite amazing.
Of course the SD card was not in the camera and things always take so much longer when you have only a brief window of opportunity.
Just I time I made it to my front steps and by the time I came back inside the rosy glow had gone and it was certainly much colder.
I don’t mind a cold day if the weather is clear and bright …. dull and damp I just don’t like.
