Baked in a salt crust pastry

Would I do it again. No. A Recipe found on line using a lot of salt, some rosemary, flour, egg whites and water making up a parcel of beetroot to bake for a couple hours. The pastry is discarded…… the beetroot to make up a tasty starter for a visitor this evening. Actually the beetroot tasted very good, even so it’s still a no, not to do again.
