12 Curlew & 2 Redshank

Thanks for all the hearts for yesterday's 9th anniversary blip.

This looks much better large.

It's been a very windy day at Burton today but I managed to get down to the bridge screen before I started my shift. You dont normally see so many curlew together and I was photographing them when they flew off. The two redshank stayed where they were. The siskins have started arriving in the last week or two so I've added one as an extra (bird 125). We normally see them in our garden so I expect I will manage another shot before the end of the year.
