all christmas wrapping will have to be crammed into the next week - the upside is that i will get to see my youngest for a couple of months as she recovers from surgery.  we will have her for christmas, which was not her plan this year - but how wonderful that she's getting her op much, much sooner than expected.  good to know that some parts of the NHS are working well.
