Breakfast club

I have been on a diet for 120 days (who's counting!) and have lost 18lbs so far.
I gave up smoking over 4yrs ago and took up eating instead like it was going out of fashion. I have always loved food but I began to realise I had got my taste buds back...wow did food taste so good. But after being so unhappy with my weight gain I decided I had to get strict and lose it, cos if I kept going I was just going to slowly get bigger and bigger.
I decided to diet the old fashioned way and count calories, none of them fancy faddy diets can be really healthy, fast for 2 days eat as much as you can for 5 days...how would that work. I wanted to change my mentality about food and have a diet I could eat forever.
I counted calories at first with the help of a little iPhone app called MyFitnessPal. What this does is helps you maintain a food diary where you can count the calories. This made me realise what I should and should not eat....well only on special occasions! Then a friend who was training to do a half Iron Man (which was today) told me about a diet he had been doing called Fitter London and got me their book called Fitter Food - A lifelong recipe for health and fat loss.... Just what I have been looking for!
This is one of the breakfast recipes, Quick Chive Scrambled Eggs and Bacon.....yum!
