Old Times

This morning we drove to my mother's old home where we will stay for a few days.. In the afternoon we visited my ailing aunt who lives nearby. She  was very pleased to see us and we enjoyed seeing her. She had a very competent and lovely carer (J) with her today. So although my aunt is becoming much weaker I feel confident she is being well looked after and she  has the reassurance of having someone with her all the time.
My blip shows some of my mother's little tapestries/embroideries still on her mantelpiece.  I must take the one of the tortoise to her!
