KMF day 2

12 hours at the festival today, 5 sessions tech issues in every one, frazzled.

Finished with the brilliant Nuptse, winner of Best Mountain Film, and a Q&A with Frederike, the star and film maker, who I'd already had a cheeky beer with. More than embarrassing when his film then crashed after 3 mins...it's been a long time since I've done stand-up at the festival, good to know I've still got it lol, 10 minutes later we had the film up and running again. Sometimes people suggest the presenters could be replaced by an intro film, today (across the whole team) kinda proved why having a group of people who can go from  off to on really quick makes the festival (eventually) work.
Scotch o'clock now though.
