Lunchtime run

I worked from home, today, which facilitated getting out for a lunchtime run, up to and around the Kersal Wetlands.

I really need to explore the options for a few more runs around here, but this is such a nice one; just under five miles, and nicely broken up into different parts, which keeps it interesting.

The whole afternoon was lost to a ridiculous squabble with the IT department of one of our client Trusts, although in the end the discovery of an email from earlier this year conclusively put matters to rest (in our favour).

Anyway, that nonsense was all redeemed by a lovely evening as Hannah came 'round for dinner.
