Quick home

Run this morning was lovely, very cold and dry but a bit wet underfoot.
Delivery of new CD player due but no time window given so we assumed it would be late afternoon and headed off to Blanchland for lunch and a walk. Just finished lunch and about to start walk when hubby checked and delivery window started in 15 minutes so we headed home, a 40 minute drive. Delivery half an hour after we got back, so walk locally was achieved.
Hubby has it in position and connected to amplifier so will be able to have music tonight.
The old one was 30 years old so had our moneys worth.
