Communing with Charlie Waite

We returned to Gallery Photiq today to collect my prize, certificate, ribbon and photo from Nat. The added bonus was a display of photography by noted landscape photographer Charlie Waite, who will be coming to Leamington to meet interested persons on December 9th and hopefully drum up interest in purchasing. The one photo I might have thought about buying was at the end of the wall and I think Nat is hoping to keep that for himself.

Having seen most of the photos online or in magazines before, I was struck by how much more 'finished' they appear in real life, as with paintings.

Afterwards, we tarried at the Costa enclosure in the shopping centre to enjoy a lukewarm latte and a dreadfully stale gluten free mince tart. These places never have sandwiches.
