Autumn leaves (again)

I had a project meeting today. A long one 10-4 at Bristol Uni. Jo kindly gave me a lift and picked me up. Although I'm one of three public members we have been part of the team from the beginning and very much valued and respected as part of the team which is brilliant. They are all really lovely people too and although my brain flagged in the afternoon after the tech and information governance agenda items it was a good day.

I feel like Beau now (see extra) after the meditation last night. Shattered! The lady who did it yesterday evening always does a lovely relaxing meditation and I have never seen Beau so relaxed!
