Williamson Art Gallery and Museum

An interesting visit to the Williamson Gallery in Birkenhead. We went to see the powerful collection of photographs of homelessness in Britain by Marc Davenant. We also enjoyed the New Light Prize Exhibition Tour 2023/24 - a sort of Royal Academy exhibition specifically for Northern English artists. Then we were very amused by the large room showing a collection of "Worst Record Covers" featuring the absurd, the creepy and the outrageous.
