Sunday breakfast

I mostly do liquid breakfasts in the form of green smoothies or juices. This breakfast bowl doesn't take much more time but it is richer so it's a weekend treat.

The milk is made from brazil nuts which are unbelievably creamy. I blended a date into it for some sweetness, mixed in some chia seeds, and once that had turned thick, topped the resulting porridge with fresh fruit.
