Catkin

2 things came to mind as I walked over hundreds of these today.

It wasn’t that long ago that I had to convince LongLegs that catkin was a real word.

And having watched Planet Earth last night, I kind of expected these catkins to start moving (and climbing up waterfalls). They are such incredible programmes. I know they can be gruesome but it’s totally awesome what we can see through their cameras. I think I watch these episodes with my mouth open in wonder.

My only beef is that my dearest Pigeon friends, like Attenborough, think it’s evolution, rather than intelligent design.
