Remembrance Sunday

Something perhaps a little different to commemorate Remembrance Sunday.My Grandad worked at Cammel Lairds during the Second World War and may have worked on one of the long line of HMS Liverpool ships.Some of the battle honours associated with HMS Liverpool are listed on the certificate about the ships bell.The stand for the display of the bell was built by apprentices at Cammel Lairds and can be seen in extras.

On the nursery Helen has been transplanting today and I have been steam cleaning.
Becky came around to see us after visiting Nan and watching the results of strictly.
