Just landed ....

..... on the banks of the White Cart. As usual I wasn't quick enough to catch the heron in flight.

Prior to spotting the Heron we met Judith Ralston one of the BBC Scotland weather presenters. She was being filmed for a programme 'Scotland's Weather' which is airing on the BBC Scotland channel on Thursday evening ..... fortunately no extras were required!

A real change in the weather ..... very heavy rain during the night and all sign of the crisp frost had disappeared giving us a very dull, rather damp day.
