Forgot to post this earlier. Fortunately I have a vague recollection of what I did. J has a few days off so he arrived in the morning to help me put up some trellis on the side of the house. However this was the first time we had tried to drill into the extension and neither of our drills snd all our strength would drill far enough into the brick. They must be very hard bricks. We abandoned that idea snd drove over to his house to t a few plants donated by L, start the process of painting out the water stain where he had a leak in the roof and decided in s way to get a few up in his very narrow understairs cupboard. I went from there to the craft group where we made these needle felted bees. Mine ended up being rather large though! Had coffee and chocolate with C and S afterwards.
