The apples

From Tuesday’s road trip.

The dark red is Arkansas black. Really crispy and sweet. The green one in the back is Mutsu/Crispin first cultivated in Japan. It is also crisp and sweet but more juicy than the Arkansas. The apple in the front is I forget. It was some mix variety that the man said was…yep…crisp and sweet. So I got four to try.

I know I will really hate buying apples at the grocery store again after getting them from the orchard for almost three months. This bag may last about three weeks.

We didn’t go to the orchard that has the apple cider donuts. We should have as it will be 10 months before we go there again.

I love those donuts!
