Empty Nest

I took the afternoon off so I could take Poppy down to Paddington via Liverpool st as it’s much easier than King’s Cross’s to Paddington ( the joy of the Liz line).

It was great to spend a couple of hours travelling and hanging about with her. Both children are fine travelling companions ( especially one to one ). We chatted, had some lunch then I waved her off at the platform gate.

Alfa gone to Liv’s for the weekend as well so it is just H and I. The house seems very quiet, just a loopy collie pup to keep us busy.
