Autumn Mushrooms

An early walk in the woods today and I found these little mushrooms growing   on a bit of old tree, surrounded by fallen leaves and a bit of moss. Some of them have been nibbled a bit!

This is a 10 shot focus stack…processed in Photoshop and finished in Lightroom.

Completely unrelated, I made a batch of mushroom soup after I got home…used up a box of mushrooms that was past its ‘best before’ date…they were ok and the soup smells lovely….that’s a couple of lunches sorted out for us!
