Roll With It

Frantic Friday

Back to enjoying a coffee with Richard, good to see him again, from his house I headed to Ponsharden Boatyard for my first row with Epic for around six weeks. Cold, blustery and rowing back against the wind and tide but still enjoyable. I settled for more coffee as opposed to a beer before heading home.
Changed and out to the bus stop for the bust to Truro to meet up with Mrs S. Looking at the electronic timetable I realised that I could not get to Truro and back before my 5:00pm stint on the Poppy Stall at Sainsburys so Mrs S and I will go to Truro tomorrow.

Weather is still pretty grim, I’ve had notification from friends that a tree has come down onto, or very close to, the WWI Commonwealth War Graves plot in the upper old cemetery. I walked down to look, close, very close, but no damage.

Cold and drafty in the Sainsburys doorway, I felt myself shivering a couple of times, no cold or flu please, I have a lot on next week.
