Went to usual sewing group this morning and C taught us how to make these scandi stars. They were a bit fiddly but no sewing involved- just folding.
Collected the tiles for my porch afterwards and then did some food shopping and sewing bits ready for Friday before heading off to S’s. Helped her with her upholstery for a bit and then we went over to the Bottle Kiln for a browse and tea and cake. Cake was excellent but everything else disappointing! C and J were also there and told us about a life size crocheted figure of a soldier in the church yard up the road. It was getting dark by then and traffic was busy but we drove past slowly and it looked pretty impressive. Slow journey back to S’s , and then back home.
