Skip!

Brian had today off for us to start the main sort-out and clearing of the bungalow. The skip was already on the drive when we arrived, and was smaller than anticipated. We soon got into the rhythm of sorting things out. There are more bags and boxes containing clothes, ornaments, etc. to go to the charity shop, plenty of utter garbage for the skip and one or two things I brought home. We made excellent progress and called it a day when the skip was full and we could get no more charity stuff into the car.

Tomorrow the skip (which can be seen, along with Bri in the extra!) will be collected and replaced with an empty one of the same size, which should suffice for what is left.

Some of the charity stuff is still in the car as they had a limit of no more than three bags/boxes per person. Bri can take them some more tomorrow.

This is kind-of an emergency Blip, taken on the way home as we approached Branston.

After a wash and a late lunch back at home we headed for Tesco and the weekly shop. Our cheapest in a while!
