Stepping Out

Brian has been back at work today so I've cracked on with tidying and basic cleaning at home. 

There were a few more cancellations of thing of my Dad's to do today too, mainly arranging for collection of safety equipment and the Lifeline panic button device that were supplied over the past few years. It's a good job I had not put the broken, grim commode into the skip yesterday. I can't believe they want that back, but they said they will recycle it so fair enough.

Late afternoon/early evening I went out for a walk. I don't get enough exercise in my normal daily life now and have to make an effort to be sure I do. So I walked out of town along the Upper Witham riverbank. Once again, as the sun started to go down there were pretty clouds and light, making it easier to get my Blip too.

Talking of Blip, thanks very much once again to all who gave me stars and hearts for my Sunday Blip of the flooded field by the river Trent. It got onto page 2 of the Popular pages! Dizzy heights indeed!
