Back in Paradise

Goodness it was busy at the airport. Several of the earlier planes had been delayed and the later ones arrived briskly. I’ve never seen the passport hall so full. But the Madeirans work hard and fast and it was quickly sorted.

They’ve had dreadful fires since I was last here but they’ve had a successful summer. 

It’s great to be back (and I’ve seen my first Monarch butterfly and I’ve only just arrived.)
