Fireworks

I thought the fireworks might be cancelled last night as yesterday morning was so awful, rain and so cold but it cleared up and bang on time the display started.  What a show, we are lucky to be able to sit on our sofa in the warmth and watch the display on the hill about a mile away.

In the afternoon we went to the movies to see John Le Carre's The Pigeon Tunnel, very interesting.

*** l have since found out the night before there was a silent laser show, the way to go perhaps.
