Bay Horse, near Lancaster

We met up with BS at this pub, south of Lancaster, for lunch today.  It was a lovely place, new to us, with delicious food and lovely staff.

I had met BS recently on the Yoga and Walking workshop at Higham Hall and it was good to see him again today with Santana.
