Woke up to a grey day but the sun soon came out so after sorting out the security requirements on some of the apps on my new phone and online shopping for a better cat carrier I did some transplanting and cutting back in the garden. Had a late lunch and then JS picked me up to drive to Melton Mowbray for Potfest. There were lots of road works and traffic queues so we went on a very circuitous route. Good job she was driving - she knows that area very well! The event was held in the cattle market! Very odd- it was really cold and slightly smelly in places! I was a bit disappointed really - quite a lot of the ceramics seemed rather amateurish and didn’t really appeal. Still, I found two small pieces which will finish off the shelves in the lounge, and a Christmas present. Had a good cup of coffee underneath a patio heater and then spent a while finding the car and then the exit in a very large car park with no lighting!
