In the end I had to go to my glass fusing course, so I moved her gently onto the sofa in the blanket she had been snuggling in and she didn't immediately jump down which she often does, so I hope I was forgiven. 

There's an extra of what I made in today's glass class, which was extremely fiddly to assemble and I had to spend quite a while adjusting it when it went into the kiln, and it still doesn't look good. Next time I will try using some glue!
