Surveying the scene

There is a good view out of the window from the top of the cat tree, so I reckon Lexi was being entertained by what she saw. I wonder what she makes of it, being an indoor cat with no experience of the outside world - apart from when she's on her way to the vet and back.

It was a stormy, wet day and I was glad that my literature class was on Zoom this afternoon. We were discussing Destroyed, a short story by Hilary Mantel. It's the first work I've read by her and I may try something longer - although probably not Wolf Hall just yet.
