Talking about it

A local group were raking on Inchydoney strand today, giving people a chance to participate or talk or witness. I felt quite emotional looking down at it. Earlier I'd met my sister at Long Strand for a coffee and a walk and we went into town for some lunch. She's in great fettle after her recent hip replacement. 
The good news on Siofra is that her operation went very well and all things being ok in the morning we should have her back at home with us tomorrow. A big relief.
