I also got a new carrying strap for my Pilates mat because I seem to have lost the elastic loops that hold it rolled up in its special bag. It’s really hard to get the mat out with it expanding to fill all the space.

Neither of these deliveries were supposed to come today; they were supposed to come tomorrow. We even thought the second one might be trick-or-treaters for a moment. Luckily, the courier left it round the back.

Did nothing of great consequence today.

Felt a bit of post-Pilates DOMS coming on this evening from Monday. The instructor was quite evil in her choices of moves, and in her newfound inability to count to eighteen properly.
