Blood is thicker than whisky

Maybe a controversial title to today's blip. Some of you will know what it means, trying to help someone who it's sad to say, doesn't want help.

Back to Wednesday, and at long last a full day in Nottingham. The gang are out on a gardening project, at an allotment in St Ann's. I stayed behind to man the phones and also to get some work done. Thankfully the weather was dry for most of the day.

Wandered out at lunch, trip to m&s to buy holiday knickers! I'm determined to be organised for once!! Next week, it's pj's!! Woo hoo!!

After work, it's off to qmc to visit Aunty Sue. We stay over an hour and then it's home and a sandwich for a late tea.

Still working on Rachel's photos, I'm up late and so is my boy!! He nods off on the settee!
