Garden room view.

As one of the wettest Octobers on record draws to a close I was pleased to be able to take this view from our garden room after lunch. The false acacia tree is being pruned on Wednesday. I hope they don’t take too much out. But the deadwood is overdue for a cull.

We went on a bedside light hunt this morning. Nothing caught our eye but we were dazzled by all the Halloween tat on sale. Children were clamouring for all the orange stuff but the overwhelming parental response was definitely no. There are going to be plenty of bargains tomorrow I think.
